Customer Service Philosophy :

MEGA was founded by owner Mary E. Granger ("Bonnie"), in 1983. Ms. Granger's primary goal when opening the company was "to supply direct mail marketers with a level of service not found elsewhere."  We have succeeded in reaching that goal.  This goal has, in fact, become MEGA's mission statement and is evident in our day-to-day relationships with both clients and vendors.
